Abstract

|
Primary thyroid lymphoma is a rare tumor which patients usually present an enlarging neck mass, often causinglocal obstructive symptoms. Hypothyroidism is seen in 30-40% of the patients with primary thyroid lymphoma.We report a 77-year-old man with history of hypothyroidism, presenting enlarging anterior neck mass whichpathologically confirmed as thyroid lymphoma with literature review.
